With this wine we took the challenge to build the harmony of the wealth of aromas, flavors and colors of the four classic red grape varieties, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah, not grown in Bordeaux, but in the sunniest Bulgarian End- the Valley of the Struma River. The terroir of this region has helped to shape the wine and its own inimitable character.
The Grapes of Merlot were harvested on 15 September, Cabernet Franc-on 22 September, Cabernet Sauvignon- on October 8 and Syrah-on October 4. All the grapes are from selected vineyards and were manually harvested in the boxes. The selection of the grapes is done twice, at the vineyard and in the cellar, using a double sorting table. On the first table, the selection of the whole grapes was made and they were mechanically separated from the hard particles. On the second table, all the damaged and green berries as well as the remainings of the particles from the clusters were removed. Maceration 25 - 30 days. Fermentation at 25 - 30 °С in stainless steel tanks. Aged in French barriques for 12 months, after which the wines of the different grape varieties were blended. Aging in bottles for 6 months before realization.

The wine has a saturated dark ruby color with a glitter. The flavor is composed of nuances of berries, red berries, plums, ripened blackberry and tones of chocolate, vanilla, confitur, walnut leaves and spices. The taste is multi-layered, voluminous, velvety, of a ripened sweet juicy fruit and with a long chocolate-vanilla mild aftertaste.
